Most people have heard about carbon in one form or another, but few people understand how it moves among Earth's systems and how it impacts climate. Visitors will see how it moves among living things, water, the atmosphere, rocks, and soil, and how that movement affects climate and the environment.

You can also see the latest in carbon cycle research from Cornell University where scientist Natalie Mahowald and her team study how carbon affects global climate change.
