Library Naturalist Access Program (LAP)

PRI’s Library Access Program (LAP) will give libraries in the Finger Lakes Library System (FLLS) and beyond the opportunity to provide their cardholders with free general family admission passes to the Museum of the Earth. The LAP will allow cardholders of participating libraries to check out these passes just as they might borrow a book. In the case of special event pricing, LAP pass holders will be entitled to member discount.

BENEFITS FOR LAP PASSHOLDERS

  • Libraries can purchase multiple passes for their library.

  • Each pass allows free general admission to the Museum of the Earth for a family of up to two adults and all children under the age of 18 in the household.

  • In the case of special event pricing, pass holders will receive member prices.

LAP MEMBERSHIP DUES

  • The LAP membership fee is $150 per pass per year.

ABOUT PRI’s COMMUNITY ACCESSIBILITY PROGRAM

  • The LAP is the newest component of PRI’s Community Accessibility Program, which is meant to ensure that those with special needs and/or limited resources have access to the Museum of the Earth. The LAP is an exciting new partnership that will help to accomplish this goal and ensure that PRI’s resources for Earth science and environmental education are available to everyone in our community.
